Application

scroll cutting line is suit for many kinds of metal cutting,such as tinplate,aluminum,cold rolled steel,hot dip galvanized steel,pre-painted steel ,silicon steel and copper.It is necessary equipment in making iron tank  and cover that reduce loss of metal sheets and production cost.

Construction

It consists of full-automatic decoiler, hydraulic charge hoist, leveler, roller conveyor, scroll plate shearing machine, belt conveyer, material receiving machine and electric control cabinet.

Feature

German AC servo drive system such as product of Siemens or AB is adopted as electric control components, which gives the machine the features such as accuracy of gauge, good shearing quality, and high production efficiency.
